Multi-stakeholder coaching

How it works:

We will work with you to identify exactly what needs to be resolved and negotiate what the desired actions/outcomes are

We will facilitate a stakeholder mapping exercise to ensure diversity and insight of thought and opinion

We will design and send invitations to encourage and promote attendance to the key stakeholders

We will carefully design and deliver a group coaching session centred around divergent and convergent thinking techniques, to maximise and capitalise on the collective intelligence of the group in order to come up with sustainable solutions/actions

We will collate the output from the session(s) and present it in a written and/or verbal format

We will facilitate a follow up session to help to troubleshoot and promote action and accountability
Dr Stopforth came in to facilitate a session with the aim of generating our internal company values. The session was very productive and executed in a way that drew several ideas out of every member of staff. When needed, Dr Stopforth prodded and probed to ensure everyone had complete clarity on the information being generated. Following the ideas discussed from the training session, we have created a framework of values. I would highly recommend Dr Stopforth’s work and will be using her services in the future
